Trend alert: Prada brings back the iconic flame sandals

Prada surprised the assembled fashion crowd on February 22 with a collection showcasing the best of cutting-edge technology mixed with the avant-garde. Think a mix and match of vibrant colors and sportswear touches that had everyone captivated, 
including a pair of bright orange sandals supported by a gravity-defying wedges adorned with flames, paired with logoed gaiters in tribute to the Linea Rossa line, which Prada launched back in 1999. But this wasn’t a completely new design for the house: it was a revamp of the barely-there pin heels from the Spring/Summer 2012 collection. We predict a sell-out for this clever revival.
