Summer is coming
Summer is coming!
Finally the sun is shining and days are becoming warmer and warmer, landscapes are changing their colors, but… you don’t feel like your body is ready for summer yet. This is not about your figure, it's just a feeling; you are not ready to get off your cosy and warm clothes for a brand new bikini. So wake up, change your clothes, go jogging and breath some fresh summer air, close your eyes and enjoy the summer perfumes of flowers, of sand, of see… Then lye on the grass, in your garden, or maybe at the beach, read your favourite book and feel the sun warming your skin. To make your day even more perfect I suggest you a fresh summer smoothie:
2 Peaches
8 Macadamia
Nuts
1 spoon of
curcuma
Ginger (as
much as you like)
1 ½ glass
of orange or apple juice
Mix and
enjoy :)
