When snowy weather comes the right thing to do is chill and drink some spicy delicious hot chocolate! You can make your preferred chocolate spicy, sweet, alcoholic or traditionally

Here the ingredients for 2-3 cups:

50 g dark chocolate 60%

35 g cocoa powder

20 g brown sugar

50 g white sugar

75 g potato flour

Chop the dark chocolate in very small pieces, and then mix it together with the brown and white sugar, cocoa powder and the potato flour in a mixer. Then put the mixture in a saucepan with some milk and cook it until it is dense and the game is done! If you like it spicy or sweeter, add some chilly or some coconut powder, and in order to complete it perfectly, add cream on the top of your cup with cinnamon, really tasty!
